I began my career on the production floor at PT TRC Industry, learning manufacturing fundamentals, assembly dynamics, and Japanese quality discipline from the ground up.
From 2016 to 2020, I specialized in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control), optimizing production schedules, managing master data, and eliminating bottleneck discrepancies across supply chains.
From 2020 onward at PT G-Tekt Indonesia, I expanded into Sales & Purchasing, integrating ERP/MRP systems to boost on-time delivery. Concurrently, I spearhead digital transformation initiatives, building bespoke software tools tailored to plant operations.
